What services do you offer?
Custom furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes/storage, end-to-end interiors (planning, materials, fabrication, delivery, and installation), and repairs/refinishing.
How does the process work?
Share your requirements → optional site visit and measurement → design & transparent quotation → production after approval → delivery & installation → after-sales support.
What materials do you work with?
Project-specific: plywood (BWR/BWP), HDHMR/MDF/HDF where appropriate, and solid wood on request. Finishes include laminates, acrylic, membrane, PU, and veneer. Exact specs are finalized in the quote.
What is the usual timeline?
Small pieces ~1–2 weeks. Modular kitchens/wardrobes typically ~6-8 weeks after confirmation and advance. Timelines depend on scope, finish, and hardware availability.
Do you do on-site measurements?
Yes, within Bengaluru. For nearby locations, we can arrange visits—share your pin and a few photos to get started.
Can you build from reference photos or sketches?
Absolutely. Send photos with rough dimensions and your budget range—we’ll suggest materials/finishes and provide a detailed estimate.
Do you provide delivery and installation?
Yes. Within Bengaluru we handle delivery and installation. Out-of-city projects can be arranged at actuals.
What about warranty and after-sales?
Material and hardware warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms. We offer post-installation service support—exact coverage is listed in the quotation.
How do you price projects?
We share line-item pricing based on materials, finishes, hardware, and scope. Per-foot rates (for kitchens/wardrobes) are available after we finalize specifications.
What are the payment terms?
Phased. Typically an advance on booking, a stage payment before dispatch, and a balance on installation. We provide a tax invoice; UPI/bank transfer accepted.
How do I maintain furniture and kitchens?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth; avoid standing water and harsh chemicals. Use coasters/trivets; for hinge/runner adjustments, contact us—most are quick fixes.
Do you take refinishing or small repairs?
Yes! We do undertake repairs, polishing and refurbishment/refinishing. Share photos on WhatsApp for a quick assessment.
